Blueberry pie

Ingredients:
3/4 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 cups fresh blueberries
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
1 tablespoon butter

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2. Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon, and sprinkle over blueberries.
3. Line pie dish with one pie crust. Pour berry mixture into the crust, and dot with butter. Cut remaining pastry into 1/2 - 3/4 inch wide strips, and make lattice top. Crimp and flute edges.
4. Bake pie on lower shelf of oven for about 50 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.

Stuffed Loin with Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients (8):

175 gr. dried cranberries,
1.5 kg. pork loin roll book open,
125 ml. white wine,
300 gr. cooked spinach,
120 gr. cream cheese,
1 onion,
2 cloves garlic,
A handful of chopped parsley,
40 gr. butter, oil, pepper and salt
  
Preparation:

1. First of all, put the blueberries to soak in 250 ml. water for a couple of hours.

2. Extend the back on a flat surface and pepper. The smeared with cream cheese and handed over the spinach, half the dried blueberries, chopped onion, grated garlic, some fresh parsley and butter in small pieces. Blueberry muffin

How to make blueberry muffins step by step:
